We will be updating our Auditorium flooring and adding sound panels to the ceiling & walls. This project will require two separate work days (at least).
(1) Sun, May 19th at 3pm. This is our regularly scheduled Q2 Partner Gathering, but we’re changing it up. We will start at 3pm and move furniture, tear up carpet, and haul it to the dump. This will be followed by dinner and a very brief gathering (partners & attenders are all welcome). Childcare will be provided.
-If you can help, please just show up!
-If you have a truck & trailer to help haul off carpet, please bring them!
(2) Another date TBD. The flooring will be done over the following 2 weeks (starting May 20th). Once finished, we will schedule a day to hang the sound panels. If you are handy & willing to help, please give us your info at the link below!
