Jesus’ life & ministry was marked by making disciples. In his final earthly address (the Great Commission), he calls his disciples to continue his work among the nations. Paul later exhorts the church to not move away from this work, but to always abound in it (1 Cor. 15:58). This will be our focus through our sermon series & Bible Reading Plan.
Join us for our 2025 Bible Reading Plan. This plan covers the entire New Testament, 5 days a week. Psalms are included for the weekend or as desired. Also included for those interested: each Sunday’s Sermon Scripture & memory verse (exceptions: summer & end of year).
There are a few different ways you can access the daily/weekly reading:
-Download the PDF below
-Grab a physical copy at Next Steps in our church Auditorium
-Watch our social media for a weekly post on Saturday mornings
Our goal in reading Scripture is not to check off a to-do list or do our Christian duty. Rather, the goal is to hear from God. We engage with the Lord through His Word to know Him more, to understand who He is, what He is saying to us, and to respond in obedience and faith. A great tool is to help you is a HEAR journal.
If this is new to you, try to start slowly with 1-2 days a week. The goal is to build up to reading & engaging with His Word on a regular basis.
During 2025, we will have two sermon series (one divided into two parts):
1 Corinthians, Part 1 (19 wks)
Summer Stories (9 wks)
1 Corinthians, Part 2 (20 wks)

The church in Corinth was a church in deep need of gospel unity & purity. This prompted the Apostle Paul to write a stern but loving letter to confront sin and to correct worldliness among the believers. It is a call for us as the church to live for God, together.
We’ll divide this series into two parts: 19 weeks (Jan-May) and 20 weeks (Aug-Dec).
Throughout his ministry, Jesus often spoke in parables. These simple stories were used to teach spiritual lessons and convey deeper truths. As we examine just a few of them, it will help us to further understand and abound in the work of the Lord.
We’ll spend 9 weeks during the summer months of June & July to dive deep into the parables.
One of the best ways to grow in your faith is to engage the Word of God in community. Our House Churches focus on the Scripture featured in each Sunday sermon. The text is studied, discussed, and applied personally to our lives. We hope you'll join a House Church and take advantage of this great opportunity to grow in your faith alongside others.
