Because Jesus came to serve, not to be served (Mark 10:45), our lives have been transformed! He came and met our greatest need by His work on the cross. Now, out of the overflow of a changed life, we serve others and, ultimately, the Lord who redeemed us (Col. 3:23-24).
Galatians 5:13-14
For you were called to freedom, brothers. Only do not use your freedom as an opportunity for the flesh, but through love serve one another. For the whole law is fulfilled in one word: “You shall love your neighbor as yourself.”
