Our Creative/Media Team uses all forms of digital communication to engage and connect people with the life & mission of our church.
What roles does this team include?
The areas of Creative/Media ministry include:
•Photography
•Video
•Graphic design
•Website maintenance
•Social media
Are there any qualifications?
-Be a regular attender of Redemption for at least 3 months
-Detail-oriented
-Some basic creative ability
-Able to follow directions & receive feedback
What are 3 basic expectations?
-Adaptable: willing to adapt your style or preference to match the church’s brand
-Flexible: able to adjust as needs arise or shift
-Have a growth mindset: always learning, growing, open to new ideas
What is the time commitment?
These serving roles function a little differently than others in the church. There isn’t necessarily a set time frame or gathering in which these roles operate, so it requires a little more flexibility and time outside of church hours. So the answer is: it depends!
